Remove a wine club member from a shipment

A member has the freedom to opt-out of their wine club shipment. In order to remove a customer from the shipment, you can simply remove them. This does not delete a customer from being a member of the wine club, only from the one shipment. 

1) Log into your winery portal and select "Wine club"

2) Click on Club Shipments

3) Find the shipment you want to edit and click "View Shipment"

4) Find the member you want to remove from the shipment and click "View details"

5) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Delete this order"

6. Are you sure? Click on "Confirm"

7) You'll see the member in the "Not participating" section at the bottom of the Shipment Page

8) To add them back, you can simply click "Add to this shipment"
