Run bulk shipment orders

Once you're ready to run a wine club shipment, simply follow these steps to process ready orders in bulk!

1. Go to your winery portal

2. Click on Wine club

Click on Wine club

3. Click on Club Shipments

In order to run a club shipment, you have to have at least one active tier with members.

Click on Club Shipments

4. Click on View shipment for the shipment you'd like to run orders for

5. Click on Run open orders

Click on Run open orders

6. You will be prompted with the following message. If you wish to continue, Click on Yes, run X orders

You will be prompted with the following message. If you wish to continue, Click on Yes, run X orders

7. If there were orders that were not run due to missing information, you will receive the following note.

Note: "This shipment has run, but not all orders were completed because they need your attention. Please view the details on the orders below, add the missing information, and run them individually."

As you triage the missing information, you can run the shipments individually.
